Complaints procedure
Schenkeveld Advocaten places great importance on client satisfaction. Our office will do everything possible to serve you to the best of our abilities. However, it is possible that you may be dissatisfied with a certain aspect of our services.
Where can you submit your complaint?
If you are dissatisfied with the quality of our services or with the invoice, we kindly request you to first discuss your objections with your own attorney. You can also contact Mr. P.F. Keuchenius, the complaints officer of our office. Our office will handle your complaint as described in our Model Complaints Procedure.
We will strive to find a solution to the issue as quickly as possible in consultation with you. Within four weeks, you can expect to receive our written response to your complaint.
